At Mokwheel, we are committed to ensuring your adventure never stops, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for our electric bikes and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your ride, we are here to help you navigate the return or exchange process efficiently.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original box with all internal protective materials, chargers, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item is in new condition and has less than 10 miles on the odometer, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
